Configuration Overview

This page folds in the new stitched settings archive and gives us a home for system setup, communication, permissions, and SLA management.

System Settings

Central workspace for branding, defaults, and installer-aware configuration.

Incoming mailbox routing, notifications, and future email pipe settings.

Permission matrix for admins, agents, and future custom roles.

Business hours, response targets, and escalation policy controls.

OAuth2 / Microsoft 365 mailbox connection

The new zip gives us email settings, but not the dedicated consent / token / mailbox connection flow yet.

Notification templates

Useful for reply macros, autoresponders, and SLA alerts triggered from email settings.

Still missing from the stitched set and important before we wire live roles.

Once `install.php` runs, these settings screens can start saving values into the `settings` table and future role tables.
